Beshtau hotel is located in Pyatigorsk downtown - the capital of the North Caucasus Federal District - is a classic business hotel, which offers a beautiful view of the Caucasus Mountains and Mount Elbrus, or five-peaked Beshtau Mountain.

Hotel facilities, allowing accommodating at the same time up to 300 guests, include: comfortable rooms, restaurant and lobby, conference halls, sport club with swimming pool.

Beshtau hotel offers 182 rooms of different categories. All rooms feature the following amenities: comfortable furniture, air-conditioner, TV, Wi-Fi Internet access. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower-cabin with hydro-massage function or a bath, hair-dryer. A balcony in each room. Suite deluxe rooms and presidential apartment offer extra facilities.

In June 2011 there were opening of the executive 8th floor, including 4 suite deluxe rooms and the most luxurious hotels' room - presidential apartment. The area of presidential apartment is divided on the following zones: cabinet, dining room, tea room, a bar zone, bedroom, cloak-room and bathroom. The rooms of suite deluxe category consist of guest's room, bedroom, wardrobe and bathroom.

The hotel offers their guests to spend time at the "Beshtau" restaurant, offering dishes of European and Caucasian cuisine. The European menu includes hot and cold appetizers, classic salads and refined and appetite hot dishes. The menu of Caucasian cuisine which is considered to be the most delicious dishes in the world, a wide assortment of grilled fish, meat and vegetables are presented in the menu.

The "conference centre" includes two conference halls for up to 280 sq.m and 40 sq.m., a vast hall and business centre, intended for holding conferences, exhibitions, seminars and presentations. Modern technique equipment and personal coordinator, allows holding of impeccable events of any level for up to 300 guests.

There is a "sport club" on the territory of the hotel. At guests service: pool, training gym which has a Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, Paramount and cardio trainers, Finnish sauna and Turkish hammam. For guests staying at the hotel use of the pool is a compliment. Also Spa-cente is available, where guests can get spa-treatments, cosmetic procedures, massage.

Since January 1, 2023, the amount of the resort fee is 100 rubles per day of stay in the Hotel.
