The Friends on the Fontanka is located in a building known as the Lenizdat building. The hotel has a separate entrance from the Instrument Line, which is easy to notice by the illuminated letters "Hotel" above the entrance. There are several cafes and restaurants nearby where you can grab a bite to eat and have a nice evening out, but they can be noisy during weekends and public holidays. The reception desk is located on the ground floor. After checking in and receiving the keys, hotel guests can go to their floor using the elevator.
All hotel rooms have their own amenities: a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. The hotel rooms are designed primarily for single or double occupancy and are equipped with either one wide double bed or two separate beds. In some rooms, in addition to the bed, there is an additional bed - a soft sofa. The furnishings of the rooms are comfortable and modern. The windows offer either the courtyard of the building or the Instrumental Line views; there are also rooms with a view of the Fontanka. On the third floor of the hotel there is a block of apartments - these are spacious private rooms with amenities and a small kitchen equipped with a cooker, extractor hood, kettle and a set of dishes.
On the fourth floor there is a cozy cafe where guests can have breakfast or a snack after a busy day in the city. In addition, there is a small kitchen on each floor, equipped with the necessary utensils, a microwave and a tap with filtered drinking water.
