Guest house Grad

Our guest house Grad is located in a picturesque corner of the village of Lazarevskoye, next to the embankment of the Psezuapse River. Here you will find a spacious recreation area where you can enjoy delicious food in cafes, go shopping, and play on children's and sports grounds. All this creates an atmosphere that is ideal for a comfortable and varied leisure experience.

Our area attracts people who appreciate comfort, tranquility and developed infrastructure. Just 15-20 minutes at a leisurely pace on a flat road-and you are already at the sea. The nearest beaches, such as Bagration and Lazurny, will delight you with well-maintained beaches and scenic views.

Near the guest house there are grocery markets, supermarket "Magnit" and other chain stores, which will allow you to meet any shopping needs.

A seasonal heated pool with sun loungers and a seating area is located in the courtyard. There is also a kitchen and barbecue area for self-catering.

The guest rooms of the guest house are decorated in a modern style, with a new renovation and a full set of amenities: a balcony, shower and toilet, split system, TV and Wi-Fi. All this ensures a comfortable stay and rest. The house has three floors, and the floor selection service is not available.
