This designation says a lot: the height of almost 2 km above sea level in Tsey is a special microclimate created by rarefied air, coniferous forest and other mountain plants, healing for human health. Rest in such conditions is extremely useful for people with poor health, diseases of the cardiovascular system, lung diseases, etc. The hotel project was created by the St. Petersburg architect Alexander Kopp.

The Guest House has two buildings, the first of which is named Alan in honor of the ancestors of the Ossetians Alans, and the second - Nart - is named after the Nart epic, which describes the ancient Ossetian customs. The Alan building organically repeats the mountainous terrain, all its rooms are very spacious and airy, thanks to unusual solutions with double light. Nart building contains 3 rooms, all have terraces offering the gorge and mountains views.

The club lounge, where guests eat, is located in the Alan building. There is also a lobby bar and a cozy spa area. The guest house has 12 spacious rooms of various categories.
