Guest house Klimenko House

The guest house is located in the very center of Yalta, near Massandra beach, providing guests with convenient access to the main attractions and entertainment of the city. The house is hidden from the hustle and bustle of the city in a secluded alley and has its own cozy courtyard under the shade of grapes.

The ground floor is occupied by three rooms: two triple and one double, decorated in the style of a sea cabin. The Nest is a small double room on the second floor, equipped with a private kitchen and offers partial views of the sea and the city. The apartments on the third and fourth floors include a living room integrated with a kitchen and two separate bedrooms, with a terrace on the third floor and a balcony on the fourth.

Each room has facilities for relaxing rest and sleep, including flat-screen TVs, comfortable beds for recuperation, as well as private bathrooms equipped, depending on the room, with either a bathtub or a shower stall for your convenience. In addition to a comfortable stay, the guest house offers transfer services to the railway station or airport of Simferopol and back.
