We are located in the heart of St. Petersburg, in one of the quiet cozy courtyards of the so-called famous "Golden Triangle", at the address: Bolshaya Konyushennaya Street, house 25.

Literally two steps away from us are all the main St. Petersburg sights, architectural treasures and other "places of power": the State Hermitage Museum, the Hermitage Theater, the Russian Museum, the Kazan Cathedral, the Savior on Blood, the Memorial Museum-apartment of A.S. Pushkin, the Mikhailovsky Theater, the Variety Theater, the Musical Comedy Theater, the oldest in the city "Pyshechnaya", the former House of Leningrad Trade (now the notorious well–known Central Department Store).

On Bolshaya Konyushennaya Street there are many coffee shops, canteens, restaurants and bars where you can have a delicious dinner and have a good time.

Our Rooms offer a remote check-in system. This is a modern and convenient way to start your stay at the accommodation facility. With this service, you can book and pay for your room in advance, and check in at a time that is convenient for you. The remote check-in process is simple and quick: all you need is a mobile phone, internet access, and a messaging app like WhatsApp or Telegram. If you encounter any difficulties, please don't hesitate to contact us for assistance. We will send you the check-in instructions on the day of your arrival, from 12:00 to 14:00. If we have not sent the instructions within this timeframe, please come to our address. Call us, and we will meet you personally. The instructions are not sent to guests who book through third-party websites that do not require a contact number.
