Hotel complex Marisol is a five-storey building and is located in the western part of Primorsko-Akhtarsk on the street Bulvarnaya, 84. The main facade of the building faces the city embankment. 25 rooms are ready for receiving guests, 20 of which are one-room and 5 are two-room. All rooms with sea view balconies are on floors 2, 3 and 4. On the second and third floors there is the possibility of living in two adjacent one-room rooms, united by a door through the hallway.

In the basement of the building there is a recreation and entertainment area: bowling on 3 lanes, billiards (pool-9), air hockey, table football, table tennis, sports bar.

On the first floor there is: the lobby of the hotel complex; a café specializing in dishes made from seasonal products and traditional cuisine of the Azov coast; a children's room; a doctor's office; a Finnish sauna; a swimming pool (3.5 * 10.5 m).

On the second floor: a conference hall; hotel rooms (6 - one-room, including two one-room rooms for people with limited mobility, and 1 - two-room suite).

On the third and fourth floors: hotel rooms (14 - one-room and 4 - two-room).
