In 2022, the health resort completed a complete renovation, reaching the level of the leading sanatorium and resort complexes in the region in terms of equipping the medical base and service. The territory of the sanatorium is 25 hectares.
There are two buildings in the sanatorium: medical and dormitory, interconnected by a warm passage.
On the territory there are health paths, an ornamental lake, a pump room with unique Novoterskaya mineral water supplied from well No. 72. Thanks to the unique mineral water and an extensive medical base, the sanatorium is specialized in a wide range of diseases that are treated not only in the resort town of Zheleznovodsk, but also in Pyatigorsk, Essentuki and Kislovodsk.

Check-in of guests in the sanatorium is carried out upon presentation of:
-Passports (birth certificates for children under 14 years old) or identity cards for a military member. Reception of foreign citizens in the sanatorium is carried out in the presence of a foreign passport and a migration card.
-For children from 4 years old (if they visit the pool) certificate for eggworm and scraping for enterobiasis.
