The Holiday Hotel includes two main buildings and a separate cabin. Accommodation is provided in Single and Double Standard, Studio, and Suite rooms. All rooms have balconies, wooden furniture, TV in each room, personal safe boxes, adjustable heating, air conditioning, wireless telephones, fridges, mini bars, tableware sets, and mineral water. The bathroom also includes all the necessary items: tub with shower, cosmetic kit, set of towels, terry robe, slippers, and hair-dryer. Rooms can be fitted with special baby cribs, the yard includes a large children's playground.

Guests can avail of the cafe-bar, music stage, sauna, billiards, barbeque, massage room, and laundry. In summer there is and outdoor swimming pool and lounge area for sunbathing and airbathing.
