The pension is surrounded by a forest park: a birch grove, coniferous trees, greenery, many flowers, gazebos and benches. The total area is 6 hectares. The waters of the Black Sea splash just 200 meters from the residential buildings of the complex.
On the territory of the pension there are five one-, two- or three-storey capital-type buildings. For a comfortable and profitable stay of guests, there are rooms: economy, standard, family, as well as 2-room suites. All rooms do not have a balcony. The rooms are cleaned daily. Change of bed linen and towels on the 5th day of stay. Water supply: cold and hot water 24/7.
On the territory of the pension, 3 meals a day are organized according to the buffet system.
