Villa Serdtse Sochi is located in the center of the resort city, in close proximity to the sea, among the greenery of southern trees. Two-storey mansion with an area of ​​210 sq.m. built in the style of Russian Art Nouveau, we tried to make its interior cozy and harmonious, preserving the authentic appearance of the exterior and interior of those times.

Villa Serdtse Sochi is a luxurious apartment for true connoisseurs of VIP recreation and antique valuables. On the walls of the house there are numerous historical and modern artistic paintings, historical views of Mamay-Kale, Fort Alexandria, and the city embankment.

Our guests have the opportunity to reach all the sights of Sochi on foot. The walk to the Seaport will take 15 minutes, where you can go on an unforgettable journey on a snow-white yacht. Art amateurs can stroll in evening wear along the atmospheric embankment and a 15-minute walk to the famous Winter Theater. In 20 minutes from us you can walk to the famous Arboretum park and enjoy the freshness under the shade of tropical trees. Or you can take a 10-minute taxi ride to the Riviera Park, founded in 1898. The Amphitheater is a 15-minute walk, and the museum is a 10-minute walk.

The interior of the Villa is in the style of royal classics. Spacious rooms decorated with textiles with special designs. It was created by the famous designer William Morris by order of Catherine the Great. The stained glass windows are made using the Tiffany technique. You can dine in a cozy kitchen-living room designed by Italian designers. From the living room there is access to a large summer terrace. From here you have a magnificent view of the Black Sea.
