The hotel has 120 air-conditioned rooms. Of which 108 are standard, and 12 are made according to individual design projects. All rooms feature orthopedic mattresses and satin bed linen. Each room has a minibar with refrigerator, flat-screen TV, cable TV, free wireless Internet access, telephone, 2 bottles of water 0.5 liters per day of arrival, electric kettle and tea making facilities, hairdryer. A cosmetic kit, shaving kit, dental kit and bathrobe are available at an additional cost. The air cooling system operates from May 15 to September 15.
In the morning, guests are offered breakfast on the ground floor of the hotel on weekdays from 07:00-10:00 and on weekends from 08:00-11:00.
Outdoor parking is available for those traveling by car. Transfer services can be arranged at the front desk.
Willing Bar, located on the 1st floor in the lobby, offers a selection of cocktails, hot drinks, cakes and sandwiches, and can be ordered to your room.

Pets are allowed in the room at the rate of one animal per room. The hotel reserves the right to determine whether a particular pet is allowed in a room.
Pets are not allowed in rooms of the categories "Studio", "Studio Premium", "Suite", "Apartment" and "Executive Suite".
