Briz Hotel was established in 2008. The seven-storied hotel building is set in the developed community with convenient transport connection to the railway station. It offers varied accommodation in 74 comfortable guestrooms, each with European design and modern amenities which contribute to both quality vacation and successful business trip. The rooms include - electronic door lock with magnetic key-card, telephone, wireless Internet access, LCD TV, air conditioning. The bathrooms have bathtubs, hair-dryer and toiletry accessories. The hotel dining facility is the Peshera Restaurant (Grotto), designed in Pirate style. It offers breakfast and courses of European and Japanese cuisine a la carte, as well as an extensive choice of beverages and alcoholic drinks at the bar. The restaurant hall has 40 seats and welcomes not only hotel guests, but also native city dwellers. The venue is a perfect setting for hosting family and corporate festivities.

For holding business events - i.e., seminars, conferences, meetings, etc. - the hotel provides a contemporary conference hall with 50 persons capacity.
