The hotel consists of 35 comfortable rooms of year-round operation. In each room: a wardrobe, a coffee table, a desk with utensils, tea accessories and a kettle, a refrigerator, a TV, a carpet, a telephone, a bathroom.
Breakfast is served every morning for the guests of the sanatorium. Room service is available on request. Guests are offered oxygen cocktails, delicious tea brewed with medicinal herbs at the phyto-bar of the Chaika sanatorium. It is possible to organize corporate holidays, banquets, buffet tables, coffee breaks.
A business complex with a modern conference hall equipped with all the necessary equipment, with a capacity of up to 40 people operates at the hotel.
Guests of the sanatorium are invited to the sauna on firewood, a swimming pool with nitric-thermal water and to medical and sanitary procedures.
Guest services are gym, board games, karaoke, Wi-Fi, parking with 24-hour security and video surveillance.
