The restaurant-hotel complex Yard Podznoeva is located in the historical center of Pskov. It includes two restored buildings of the 17th century merchants' chambers and harmoniously coexists with other, nearby, architectural monuments of the ancient city.

The main building of the complex is a hotel of European standard category 4 stars. It offers accommodation in 50 comfortable rooms of various categories. Of these, 27 Standard rooms, 16 Junior Suite rooms and 6 Luxe rooms, divided into space for work and leisure, as well as the highest category room Business Luxe.
