The Guest House has two buildings, the first of which is named Alan in honor of the ancestors of the Ossetians Alans, and the second - Nart - is named after the Nart epic, which describes the ancient Ossetian customs. The Alan building organically repeats the mountainous terrain, all its rooms are very spacious and airy, thanks to unusual solutions with double light. Nart building contains 3 rooms, all have terraces offering the gorge and mountains views.
The club lounge, where guests eat, is located in the Alan building. There is also a lobby bar and a cozy spa area. The guest house has 12 spacious rooms of various categories.

Guest House 1950 is an amazing place for a small corporate event - to take stock of the year, hold team-building events, an intellectual game and much, much more. For the entertainment of adults and little guests on the territory of the Guest House there is a swing, a trampoline, where both children and adults can jump, as well as a rope park for children from 3 years old. In good weather, a romantic bonfire is lit near the Guest House every evening.
