Hotel Magnolia

The Magnolia Hotel Complex is located in the centre of Sochi, in a park area, within a 5-minute walk from the sea and a 10-minute walk from the Mayak Water Park. Theatres, Festivalnyi Concert Hall, exhibition hall, fitomuseum, arboretum and sea port can all be found nearby.

The Magnolia Complex offers accommodation in 126 rooms of first Class. Each room has a balcony, one double-bed or two separate beds, bedside table with mirror, wardrobe, mini bar, TV, long-distance and international telephone, air conditioning. All bathrooms are complete with hair-dryers, sets of toiletries and towels. The hotel provides a self-service room on every floor, equipped with ironing boards and irons. Papers and valuables can be kept in the safety deposit boxes at the front desk.

Scheherazade restaurant within the complex serves dishes of Arabic cuisine. The small and cozy Magnolia Cafe offers a wide assortment of food and drinks as well. A conference hall with 20 seats can be provided for hosting seminars, workshops and other events. Lunches and coffee breaks are available for participants.

Also at the disposal of guests of the Magnolia Hotel provides the following services - dental office, beauty parlor, hairdresser's salon, laundry service, secured parking, air and railway tickets office, taxi call, fax messaging and photocopying.

Accommodation with pets is possible in rooms of the highest category (studios, apartments), strictly by prior agreement with the administration of the hotel complex upon presentation of a veterinary passport with valid vaccination marks.

IMPORTANT: at the Magnolia Hotel from 06/11/2024 to 01/06/2025, renovation work will be carried out on the 5th floor of the building during business hours.
