On the territory of the resort Ohta Park is located 53 modern cottage Comfort and Comfort Plus categories to accommodate up to 6 people. All cottages have a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace and panoramic windows, two bedrooms and a kitchen equipped with necessary appliances. The interiors of the houses are made in the style of an Alpine Chalet, which creates additional comfort. Cottages of Family category will suit up to 10 people. In the summer of 2017, the hotel with 40 double rooms, Premium cottages and townhouses opened its doors.
In the winter season there are 10 ski slopes of various difficulty levels, equipped with modern lifts, extreme snowpark, unique in its beauty forest skating rink and tubing track.

Apres Ski Restaurant. Here are the spirit of a real Alpine Chalet recreated - with a cozy crackling fireplace, the smell of wood and huge panoramic windows that fill the room with light. A spacious terrace overlooking the slope is designed to be wrapped in a blanket with a glass of tea or mulled wine, enjoy the views. Guests can enjoy Russian and European cuisine.
Cha-Scha Restaurant. Pop-up restaurant with a floating stage on the pond. The forest landscape opening from the terrace is worthy of attention. The space includes several areas: with a restaurant seating - for a quiet and respectable rest, a bar area with a heavy dark wood counter and a separate lounge with soft sofas and sunbeds. The creators have tried to provide all the moments that will delight guests on a fine summer day.
