The "Pribaikalsky" restaurant on the 1st floor of the "Pribaikalskaya hotel has been open to guests for 11 years. The restaurant’s cuisine is Siberian, generous - it will suit both the native Siberian and guests from other cities and countries. Local products are used - first of all, Baikal fish: whitefish, grayling, omul; fern, pine nuts. Of the drinks, the most popular are fruit drinks, kvass, live beer (from one's own brewery).
