The Usadba Goluboy Zaliv Hotel is annually renovated, new premium rooms appear for discerning guests. In 2021, the hotel offers 6 compact modern buildings and a unique, carefully restored 19th-century villa “Limena” for accommodation. The hotel includes the following categories of rooms: Standard, Comfort, Premium Comfort, Suite, Super Suite, Premium Suite and Premium Suite Business.
The Philibert restaurant, in a 19th-century villa offering the park and the sea view, serves specialties of Crimean cuisine: local fish, rapana, mussels, oysters, Crimean vegetables and fruits. The mussel farm is located next to Simeiz and a kilometer from the hotel. You can watch the sunset overlooking the Black Sea and the juniper park with a glass of Crimean wine and exclusive snacks. The hotel offers accommodations with a variety of meal plans. Breakfast is served to guests. For an additional fee, guests can book both half board and full board (all inclusive). These types of meals are provided in the Gansky restaurant, which is located on the first floor of the Villa Maltseva building. Also on the territory in the juniper grove there is an outdoor grill bar Terrace.
The new SPA complex offers its guests: an indoor swimming pool with hydromassage seats and a relaxation area with sun loungers; 2 hammams (for 6 and 2 people); herbal, Finnish and infrared saunas; shower of impressions; Kneipp path; foot hydromassage bath; warm stone island; salt room.
In summer, guests are transferred to the hotel's beach area. The beach is equipped with canopies, showers, toilets, changing rooms and sun loungers. The travel time of comfortable minibuses is about 15 minutes. Beach towels and water are provided.
