The hotel was opened on June 22, 2018. The hotel is housed in a late 18th century building. It has historical and cultural value. The hotel rooms are designed in a modern style. The hotel was named in honor of the architect A.F. Volkov, according to whose design the building was built. The modern building of the hotel housed the hospital barracks of the Izmailovsky regiment which was created by Empress Anna Ioanovna many years ago. And today this is a wonderful hotel.
