The Chef Andrew Kononov prepared a delicious Lent menu for the Renaissance Moscow Olympic hotel guests. From March 18th until May 4th 2013 the “495” Bar and “7 Sisters” café will be serving scrumptious Lent dishes. Chef recommends trying the pumpkin puree soup with vegetable stock, the grilled vegetable salad with pesto sauce or the risotto with Ceps mushrooms. And …for dessert – the apple tart is a “must-try”. |
