The Chaika Country Club is located in the Lipetsk region, in a picturesque spot on the bank of the Don River. The club is a perfect place for quality recreation and pleasant pastime in an ecologically clean area.

Accommodation is available in: furnished economy class summer bungalows without bathrooms; wooden de luxe homes for 4 people with a TV, fridge, and bathroom; two- and three-storied cabins; and 12 Double guest rooms with double-beds, convertible sofas, TVs, fridges, bathrooms, and balconies.

Guests are offered breakfast, lunch and dinner at the canteen every day. On-site dining is also available at the restaurant & bar with a summer terrace. Corporate events can be held in a state-of-the-art conference hall with a full range of professional equipment. All kinds of festivities can be arranged in one of the four banquette halls for 20, 40, 60 and 120 people.
