The cozy "Sad" Hotel is located in a picturesque area of Sochi, surrounded by health resorts and green forests. Accommodation is provided in 17 Comfort rooms and 4 Studios. Windows display a splendid view of the sea or the forest. Some of the rooms have balconies. Rooms offer Double/Twin accommodation. Extra beds are available as well.

A Standard room is fitted with one double-bed or two separate beds, hypoallergenic bedding, spacious wardrobe, table and armchair, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, telephone, work desk, mini fridge, and Wi-Fi Internet access. Baby crib is available upon request. The bathroom is complete with modern fitment, bathtub or shower cubicle, and hair-dryer. Sets of towels and toiletries, terry robes and slippers are provided.

Dining is arranged at the hotel restaurant. The banquette hall, seating 20 people, is suitable for hosting festive events. Business meetings can be arranged in the conference hall, complete with presentation equipment and Internet access.
