Chalet Legend is located in one of the most picturesque places in the Perm region, on the banks of the Usva River. The ecologically clean area, between the Vilva and Kosva rivers, is beautiful with famous natural monuments such as Stone Town, Panoramic Rock, Stolby, Omutnaya, Bolshoe brevno, Chyortov palerts, caves. Nearby is the unique Shirokovskoye reservoir and the Basegi nature reserve of federal significance.

Vilva, Usva and Kosva are the most popular rafting routes. Grayling and taimen are found in the rivers.
