The first building built in 2010, consists of three floors and has thirteen comfortable suites / junior suites, each of which is equipped with modern furniture, a refrigerator, a plasma with satellite TV (80 channels). All rooms are equipped with split systems. The warmly decorated rooms have all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Most rooms have panoramic sea views. On the ground floor there is a cozy cafe where you can order cold, hot, meat and fish dishes, salads, desserts in the summer. The menu of our cafe provides complex breakfasts, lunches and dinners.

The second building on the territory of the hotel "Primorskaya" was built in 2016, consists of three floors and has twenty comfortable suites / junior suites, each of which is equipped with a plasma TV with digital TV for 30 channels, its own bathroom, double bed and a fold-out sofa, a table with a cabinet, a hanging mirror with a facet, a split system, a refrigerator, bedside tables, paintings, a wardrobe for clothes and linen, a cabinet for a suitcase, a wall clock.
