Hotel Rezidentsiya on Gorkovskaya

Rezidentsiya on Gorkovskaya was built in 2018. This is a modern hotel, which is suitable for vacation with family and for business trips. Also hotel is situated in the historical centre of the city, Petrogradskaya side. This is the oldest historical district of the city. Nowadays this area has Petrovsky Stadium, Yubileyniy Palace of Sports, Baltiyskiy Dom Theatre, Liceida Theatre, Island Theatre and Mansion Theatre, also it includes Planetarium, Zoo, Museum of Political History of Russia, Mozhaisky Military Space Academy, Museum of Artillery, Museum of Engineering Troops, Museum of Troops of Communication, Palace of Youth Creativity, Palace of Culture, Lenfilm studio, Central Yacht Club. This part of the city also has many universities, St. Petersburg Mint, the largest Pechatny Dvor printing house.

Hotel offers 25 rooms. There are two family rooms - double bed + sofa, three double rooms with separate beds, twenty double rooms with double beds. Each room has flat screen TV, wireless internet access, toilet room and shower room, hairdryer and other toiletries.

Every room has its own mini-kitchen, each mini-kitchen has fridge, microwave, kettle, dinnerware, stove for cooking. There are also special zones where guests can use washing machine, iron and the ironing board.
