The "Romashkovo Farm" is a hotel and a health-improving complex, which is situated in the nearest Moscow Region. Besides, this complex is a part of the cultural project, called "Russian Metochion". The name of the complex is wholly justified by its architecture, which reflects the best traditions of the Russian art of building and really copies the look of an ancient Russian farm of XVI-XVIII century. All the buildings which are the parts of the whole suit, are made of natural materials which are characteristic for that period: white stone and Siberian larch. The Hotel's "Romashkovo Farm" interior wholly corresponds its architecture of the XVI-XVIII centuries: author's wooden carved furniture made by the famous designer Vadim Tsyganov, characteristic for this period ancient accessories, hangings with depictions of Ryazan Kremlin frescoes. In "Farm" there are 2 buildings with 18 and 13 Rooms. In the first building constructed in 2007 from the present larch, there are 2 Standard Rooms business-class, 3 Superior Twin Rooms with mansard or balcony, 12 Superior Double Rooms with mansard or balcony and 1 De Luxe Room. In the second building constructed in 2010 in more modern style there are 2 Single Standard Rooms, 10 Superior Double Rooms and 1 De Luxe Room. In every room there is a bathroom with a shower or with a bathroom (in lux - a jacuzzi), individual sets (bathing accessories, slippers, brushes to footwear and so forth), mini-bars, save-boxes, multichannel satellite television, the international and inter-city telecommunications, access to the Internet (Wi-fi).

The "Stove" Restaurant interior continues the theme of old Russian time: wooden furniture, beaten lamps, Russian stove. The restaurant offers as traditional Russian dishes and drinks, and so Italian cuisine dishes. Restaurant halls contain from 20 to 50 persons, the banquet room contains to 120 persons. In a warm season the summer verandah is opened, where with comfort 80 persons take place In "Stove" there are quiet private zones for business meetings or for "special" private dinners and zones for festive events: corporate holidays, wedding ceremonies and birthday parties.
