Hotel Senator Victory Square

Senator Victory Square was opened in December, 2007 in Dmytrivska Street, near Peremogy Square in central Kyiv. The complex is situated conveniently near the city's central railway station, the Ukraina Mall, numerous restaurants in different price ranges, and the city's business core.

The Executive Court is a separate newly-renovated building under experienced professional management which offeris centralized security, a doorman, a guest area for mingling and networking, meeting and rest facilities, housekeeping services, and more.

The complex offers guests 35 spacious, comfortable apartments that are appropriate for both long-term and one-night stays. Apartments floor space range from 32 to 75 sq.m. The hotel room type apartment is called compact and has all facilities a hotel room can offer.

Typical 1-bedroom apartments include a bedroom with a double-bed and a spacious walk-in wardrobe, a living-room with a big-screen or PlasmaTV (most apartments have sofa-bed in the living-room), a studio kitchen (fully equipped with kitchen utensils and electric appliances (a stove, a microwave, a cooker hood, a full size refrigerator, a kettle), and a bathroom (jacuzzi baths or regular bathtubs). All bathrooms have washing machines, water heaters and heated floors.

All the apartments have cable and wireless Internet access, satellite television, coffee and tea making facilities, minibars, safes and desks. Bathrooms have heated floors, washers, bathrobes, slippers and hairdryers. Most apartments have balconies.

In the apartments there is regular cleaning, bed linen and towel change, free drinking water, tea, coffee and sugar. Also available such services as in-room mini-bar, laundry, ironing, equipment rent, etc.
