The guest house "Svet Mayaka" is located in Strelna, the picturesque suburb of St.Petersburg, close to the Konstantinovsky palace (the residence of the Russian president), 15-minute drive to Peterhof and its famous fountains (9 km), 20 minutes to "prospect Veteranov" and "Moskovskaya" metro stations &Pulkovo airport (25 km). The guest house features SPA (Russian & Turkish banya), small outdoor swimming pool, billiards, cafe, banquet and conference halls, guarded parking place for 30 cars and 25 comfortable rooms: 3 Economy rooms, 16 Standard, 4 Comfort, 1 Junior Suite, 1 Suite. Each room has elegant furnishing (double/twin beds, desk, wardrobe, fold-out sofas as extra beds), ensuite bathroom facilities with shower, fridge, TV-set, free WIFI internet, direct dial phone (free local calls). Some rooms also boast individual air-conditioning systems. Two Comfort rooms have balconies and antique furniture; Junior Suite has Jacuzzi-bath and a kitchenette; Suite boasts a living room with kitchenette and a separate entrance. All rooms are doubles, but may be used for single accommodation; extra beds are available in all rooms, except for Economy. Guests may also enjoy free entrance to Russian &Turkish banya in the morning.

The hotel features a small cafe (15 people max), banquet hall for 30 guests (54 sq.m.) and a conference hall for 50 guests (62 sq.m.). Dining and conference facilities are situated on the ground floor of the main building.
