Trezzini Art Hotel is a small conceptual hotel opened by a family of native Petersburgers on the City's Birthday, in 2006. The hotel has one of the best locations on Vasilievsky Island - on Bolshoy Prospekt, near St. Andrew's Cathedral, historically, designed by Domenico Trezzini, being part of its ensemble. The building is known as the "House of the Clergy", where the St. Petersburg State University building is now located and, in fact, is a hotel, the exhibition area of which has long been known to all artists of the city. The most famous of them are exhibited here, working in completely different styles, forms and meanings. Once a month, hotel guests from all over the world can attend the "closed" opening of a new exhibition in a narrow circle of invited art professionals.
