Zabava Club Hotel

The Zabava Club Hotel is located in one of the central districts of Adler, not far from the Resort Town, and is open all year round. The sea is only 300 meters away, near the federal highway to Abkhazia, 4 km from Adler Train Station and 11 km from Sochi Airport. The Krasnaya Polyana ski lifts can be reached in 30 minutes by train from the Izvestia platform, and other public transport stops are nearby.

We have rooms designed for double, triple and quadruple accommodation. All rooms are equipped with comfortable beds, bedding, furniture necessary for living, a private sanitary unit with shower and hot water, central heating, climate control, refrigerator, TV, Wi-Fi and balcony. Some rooms have the possibility to install additional space. The guest house has a shared kitchen, equipped with everything necessary. It offers a Wi-Fi zone throughout the property, a barbecue (additional charge), and a cozy green courtyard.

The resort town has a lot of entertainment for guests of all ages - a year-round heated saltwater swimming pool with a water mirror area of more than 3,000 m2, a large Sochi aquarium, a dolphinarium, a zoo, a terrarium, park areas, supermarkets and convenience stores, cafes, canteens, shops with beach accessories and souvenirs.

During the summer season, entertainment events take place on our territory once a week - soap bubble shows, foam parties, discos, performances by artists, sunbathing areas are equipped, summer furniture is installed for relaxation, and you can also play table tennis.
