Elma Pulkovo apartments is an excellent choice for tourists arriving by car and wishing to visit the sights of the suburbs of St. Petersburg, such as: Konstantinovsky Palace in Strelna (25 minutes by car); Tsarskoye Selo Museum Reserve (25 minutes by car); Peterhof Museum Reserve (35 minutes by car); Gatchina Palace (40 minutes by car).

Elma Pulkovo offers four categories of apartments ranging from 24 to 53 sq.m. and accommodating up to 4 people each. All apartments are equipped with a kitchen, a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and a private bathroom. All apartments were renovated in April-May 2024.
The apartment complex has a well-developed infrastructure. Directly in the building there is a Pyaterochka grocery store, in the vicinity there are shops Magnit, Magnit Cosmetics, Vkusville, FixPrice. In addition, there are ATMs, cafes, restaurants.
