The hotel occupies two upper floors of the building including the attic. Guests of the hotel are welcome to choose from 18 rooms with modern design. Each room is equipped with ergonomic furniture, a double or bunk wooden bed, a wardrobe, a table and a chair, a mirror, a bedside rug, a color TV. Some rooms have private bathrooms with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. Economy rooms are provided with shared showers and toilets located on the floor.
Two living rooms are located at the Friends by Dom Knigi Hotel. One of them is spacious and located on the ground floor. This living room is fitted with large dining table and equipped kitchen with a refrigerator for food storage, a kettle, a microwave and a set of necessary utensils. The living room, where guests can watch TV, chat or relax in a rocking chair, is decorated with numerous retro objects. On the top floor, there is a common attic overlooking the Griboedov Canal and Cathedral of the Savior on the Blood.
Guests can connect to Wi-Fi or use one of the guest computers with Internet access. Tours and transfers are available at the reception desk, which is located on the ground floor.
