- Late check-out before 16:00 is charged in the amount of 50% of the cost of a night's stay. Late check-out after 16:00 is charged at the rate of 100% of the cost of a night's stay.

- When checking in with pets, a deposit of 5000 RUB is charged, which is refundable if nothing is damaged in the room. Up to 5kg - 500 RUB/s; up to 10kg - 1000 RUB/s.

- Business travelers are provided with accounting documents.

- Check-in at the hotel is carried out before 00:00, after the specified time, check-in is possible only by prepayment in the amount of the first night.

- When booking 3 or more rooms, an advance payment of one night is provided, and the conditions for free cancellation may vary.

- For bookings from 7 days inclusive, a prepayment of one night is provided.
