- Guaranteed early check-in is possible at the hotel, the cost is 100% of the payment for the previous day. The non-guaranteed early check-in service is provided free of charge from 08:00, subject to availability of beds.

- Late check-out before 17:00 is charged in the amount of 50% of the cost of a night's stay. Late check-out after 17:00 is charged at the rate of 100% of the cost of a night's stay.

- Business travelers are provided with accounting documents.

- Check-in at the hostel is carried out before 00:00, after the specified time, check-in is possible only by prepayment in the amount of the first night.

- When booking 3 or more beds, a prepayment of one night is provided, and the conditions for free cancellation may vary.

- For bookings from 7 days inclusive, a prepayment of one night is provided.
