The building of the Planernoe hotel was designed by the famous Soviet architect Ilya Chernyavsky in 1970s. The architect built it as a system of complex composition links based on a constant change of space forms. Five of eight floors of the building have been refurbished in 2005-2006. At present the hotel offers 177 comfortable rooms of various categories (Standard, De Luxe, Junior Suite and Suite) equipped with all modern amenities (bathroom with shower or bath, colour TV, phone, balcony, lake or forest view).
The following sporting facilities are at the disposal of our guests: billiards, table tennis, volleyball, mini football or soccer fields. The hotel offers the following sport equipment for hire: roller skates, bikes, sledges, skis etc. There is an indoor fitness centre with sauna and Turkish bath.
The natural complex on the banks of the Skhodnya River with an area of 21 hectares includes unique landscape areas, picturesque slopes, a landscape park with mixed forest, and a natural lake.
The Planernoe hotel is an ideal venue for both indoor and outdoor corporate events such as training sessions, conferences, team building, conventions, various themed parties. The Planernoe Hotel has the following conference rooms: "Congress" (450 seats), "Lecture" (120 seats), "Library" (60 seats), "East" (30 seats), meeting rooms "Kurkino", " Khimki", "Mitino", "Tushino", "Strogino", "Sokol" (20 seats), restaurant (350 seats). The stylish banquet hall (up to 60 people) is perfect for weddings, anniversaries and other special events.
