The building project was created by outstanding architects of that time - the academician of architecture V. E. Virrih and engineer A. I. Zazersky. Style of the house is Northern modern. Decorative sculptures on the facades is done in a semi-symbolic manner. There are the figures of long-bearded elders, immersed in sad reflection, boys and girls, leaning over a flaming altar, fancy exotic birds. All these images were made from the drawings of the architect V. N. Pyasetsky, who lived in this house.
