The Group of Companies Academservice announces the important stage in the development of the online hotel booking direction. The service Academ-Online which specializes in online booking of Russian and foreign hotels for business trips has signed an agreement to join the Yanfex Travel ecosystem.

The deal involves the transfer of 100% of Academ-Online business, related to online hotel booking for business tourism, to Yandex Travel. This strategic decision is aimed at ensuring technological development and scaling the capabilities of the service.

The Academ-Online team headed by Alexander Kurnosov is moving to Yandex Travel. The technological infrastructure of Academ-Online will eventually become part of Yandex Travel that will allow us to create a single, more powerful and convenient platform for our partners and clients.

The terms of cooperation for partner companies of Academ-Online will remain unchanged in the near future. The service continues to work as usual.

Under the terms of the deal Yandex acquires 100% of the Academ-Online business (legal entities AON.RU and Digital Travel Technologies), related to online hotel booking for business travel.

The company Academservice is not the part of this deal and continues its own tour operator business in the inbound and event tourism markets, as well as servicing corporate clients, sports teams and theater groups.
