The Kempinski Hotel Group has signed contracts to manage 5-star hotels in Russia and Armenia.

The hotel group Kempinski will manage 3 5-star hotels in Ekaterinburg, Yerevan.

A Modern 24-storey building will be constructed on an area of1,468 sq.m. on Gogol street, one of the central locations in Yekaterinburg. The hotel promises to be a popular destination business travellers.

The new hotel will be neighboring the consulate buildings of the U.S, Great Britain, Hungary and the Czech Republic, as well as a large business complex and numerous boutiques. The opening of the hotel is planned for the year 2013. Kempinski Yekaterinburg Hotel will offer their guests 200 spacious and luxuriously decorated rooms and suites, as well as residencies. The hotel complex will include 4 restaurants and a bar, with excuisite menu that will suit everyone’s tastes. The dane hall will be the ideal place to host receptions, conferences and banquest, including wedding ceremonies and cocktail parties.

Furthermore, the Kempinski Yekaterinburg Hotel will also open the spa center “The Spa” for the first time in Russia, which will include a large selection of phytotherapeutic spa procedures and specifically chosen seasonal programs.

The new hotel of the Kempinski group in Yekaterinburg will be another flagship project for the company after the signed contracts to manage hotels in Nizhniy Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don and Novosibirsk.

The Kempinski Yerevan Hotel will be the first project for the operator in Armenia, located on ul. Amirian, in the Kentron, close to the building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The luxurious five-star hotel will offer its guests 150 spacious and elegantly decorated rooms and suites. The hotel, scheduled to open in 2013, will be an ideal stop for travelers of people with the most exclusive tastes - from Armenia and beyond.

The Kempinski Yerevan Hotel will be located near all the major city sights: the Republic Square, Cascade, numerous churches and cathedrals.
