The eco-island opened the doors in the Old Fish Port. The family holiday “The Culture comes to the sea” a new café that is wiggled on waves is opened. The eco-island will become the pot of meeting with friends on the billiard table or piano, where anyone can show its talents. During the summer all installations will be opened. For example the poem automat will be placed on the shore of the Old Fish Port. It’s a part of summer project “The Chain of problem points”. The automat read poems on Estonian, Russian and English languages. The installation “Moorage”, installation “0” will be moving down the city, near the GorHall there will be installation “The Ring” that pretends on title of one of the most wind bell. 10000 bells will admire the citizens and guests of Tallinn with nice sounds on wind and with its sparkling on the sun in the tunnel near the GorHall with 30 meters width and 50 meters high. “The Ring” is the extraordinary beginning of culture kilometer. During the month in the all city other unexpected installations will appear.
