Elegant vocal and instrumental miniatures, spiritual and secular works a capella, suits of theatrical music and plays for dancing of Henry VIII Tudor, John Dowland, Thomas Morley, Thomas Tallis, William Byrd, Henry Pursell and other performers, with no doubt, will add bright colors to the picture of various impressions of diving into the musical culture court life and artistic environment of England in the age of Tudors-Stewarts. |
