Anapa is the sunniest city on the Black Sea coast of Russia. 285 sunny days a year, a favorable climate - a combination of sea and mountain air, an endless strip of pebble and sandy beaches, mineral springs and mud - everything here is designed by nature itself to please, soothe and heal. The talented doctor V.A. Budzinsky was the first to appreciate the uniqueness of the natural resources of the Anapa coast. It was then, in 1900, that the first seasonal mud baths were opened, followed by the Budzinsky sanatorium. The location of the sanatorium was not chosen by chance! The high coast of the Black Sea - the purest water, sea air saturated with oxygen, 285 sunny days a year, mild climate. Today it is a unique place - the Mayak resort complex. And the main advantage remains unchanged - priceless gifts of nature for beauty, health and peace of mind await you. Complex Mayak is located 30 meters from the sea on 16000 sq. m., in an ecologically clean resort area. This is a territory for healing and climatotherapy all year round. The air in the coastal zone is saturated with aerosols of marine origin. The medical base is located separately from the sleeping buildings and it is represented by a hydropathic clinic and a physiotherapy department. The provision of medical services in various fields and the provision of consultations with specialist doctors create conditions not only for a comfortable stay in the sanatorium, but also for the treatment of various diseases. Meals for the guests of the sanatorium are served in the dining room, located both in a separate building and in the main building of the complex. Complex is the first health resort of Anapa in 1900.

The Bosporus complex consists of six buildings with 166 rooms.
