Elma Pulkovo apartments is an excellent choice for tourists arriving by car and wishing to visit the sights of the suburbs of St. Petersburg, such as: Konstantinovsky Palace in Strelna (25 minutes by car); Tsarskoye Selo Museum Reserve (25 minutes by car); Peterhof Museum Reserve (35 minutes by car); Gatchina Palace (40 minutes by car).
Guests can park their car nearby the building or in the paid underground parking in the neighboring building.
Elma Pulkovo offers four categories of apartments ranging from 24 to 53 sq.m. and accommodating up to 4 people each. All apartments are equipped with a kitchen, a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and a private bathroom. All apartments were renovated in April-May 2024.
The apartment complex has a well-developed infrastructure. Directly in the building there is a Pyaterochka grocery store, in the vicinity there are shops Magnit, Magnit Cosmetics, Vkusville, FixPrice. In addition, there are ATMs, cafes, restaurants. Pulkovo Park located nearby is perfect for jogging and walking.
