Apart-hotel Five Stars consists of 40 apartments ranging from 50 to 150 sq.m., in a business class residential complex Parusa.

The residential complex is located in the very center of the city of Tyumen at the intersection of Malygina-Melnikayte streets. Closed, guarded yard of the complex includes guest parking.

On the ground floor of the house there are cafes and bars, a beauty salon. 2 min walk - Premier shopping center with a cinema, Pyaterochka 24-hour grocery store, Memory Square with an apple grove and alleys for walking.
