Kurenbin smART Hotel is an ultra-modern avant-garde mini-hotel designed by artist and architect Ivan Kurenbin, which is located in an old building built in 1916 in the heart of St. Petersburg right next to Palace Square. Pursuing all the subtleties of an intimate atmosphere of hospitality, we created 9 cozy rooms located on two levels of one large floor, equipped with everything necessary for a quality rest after long walks around the Northern capital or a busy business day, with a stunning view of the historical center of the city. Each room of the hotel houses paintings by its creator, and the corridors are transformed into an exhibition space.

The concept of the hotel, in addition to comfortable accommodation, also assumes the possibility of close friendly communication between hotel guests and their friends - events, exhibitions, performances and film screenings. In our lobby lounge you can always enjoy a cup of aromatic coffee, craft tea and drinks, hold a meeting, a photo shoot or create your own unique event.

The founder and creator of the hotel design is Ivan Kurenbin, a talented young artist and architect, a graduate of the St. Petersburg "Mukha" - St. Petersburg State Art and Industry Academy named after Stieglitz. He is also known as a famous racing driver - a prize-winner of European competitions, RDS - West 18 champion, Russian and European champion. In the hotel lobby there is an exhibition of Ivan's paintings and memorable sports accessories from his life in motorsports.

We offer 9 exclusive design hotel rooms in pleasant and calm shades of sea waves and chocolate in the very heart of St. Petersburg, one minute walk from Palace Square and the Hermitage. All rooms offer stunning views of the most fashionable part of Nevsky Prospekt, and exclusive rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows by the bed create a feeling of hovering above this main historical part of the center of St. Petersburg.

We created the smART collaboration - a harmonious combination of creative art spaces and ergonomic solutions for comfortable accommodation in small areas. Our chamber-style rooms have a small area and low ceilings, but at the same time are designed with maximum efficiency for the stay of city guests and business travelers, equipped with everything necessary for a quality rest after exhausting pleasant walks around the sights of the Northern capital or a busy business day. All rooms are equipped with smart TV, individual air conditioners, showers, sets of toiletries and individual disposable slippers.
