The Respectal N140 mini-hotel is located at 140 Nevsky Prospekt.
The historical significance of house No. 140 on Nevsky Prospekt is that it was the apartment building of honorary citizen Andrei Kirillovich Savin and his wife Evdokia Timofeevna. It was built in 1902. The ground floors housed retail outlets: M. I. Tomilin's molasses warehouse, N. V. Kuznetsov's bread store. In the courtyard was the Nash Vek printing house, which printed various magazines for adults and children.
In 1917, the building housed the office of "Reineke K. and Sons", the bookstore of P. G. Kuznetsov, and the butcher's shop of F. F. Andreev.
In 1926, the committee for helping poor Jewish children was located here. In 1968, a dietary canteen was located here. Now, the building houses offices, a hotel, hostels, and banks.
