Business class apartments with an online cinema are located on the 24th floor, in the new modern residential complex "Kvartal na Mekhanoshina" in the center of Perm, equipped with a balcony.

The apartments have been recently renovated by a designer, there is all the necessary furniture: a double bed of the "king size" size, complete with an orthopedic mattress and hypoallergenic bed linen; a double sofa with an orthopedic base; a bar counter and chairs, a spacious wardrobe.

You can always use free high-speed Internet with Wi-Fi and two TVs (in each room) with Smart TV. Yandex.Station with Alice is also responsible for your comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and household appliances, including: a set of dishes, glasses for wine and champagne, bottled drinking water, tea, coffee and chocolate, a hob, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a mini-fridge, sunflower oil.

The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, shower, toiletries (hotel perfumes for individual use, toiletries), washing machine, laundry detergent, hair dryer.
