Hotel Sokroma Hyperborea

The three-star hotel Sokroma Hyperborea is located in the ski capital of Russia - in the Murmansk region in the city of Kirovsk near the ancient Khibiny mountain range. The hotel is within walking distance from the ski slopes - a 10-minute walk from the nearest station of the high-speed lift to the mountain.

The sonorous and unusual name Hyperborea is given to the hotel for a reason. According to ancient mythology, long before the creation of the Greek civilization, the legendary northern country of Hyperborea was founded by the titans. Its location is not exactly known, but it is assumed that it was on the Kolsky Peninsula - where our hotel is located - or on the now sunken islands of the Arctic Ocean. Whether Hyperborea really existed will forever remain a mystery, but it is known for certain that near the Khibiny there were the first tents and barracks of the pioneers and discoverers of the North stood.

The interior of the Sokroma Hyperborea hotel is dedicated to the story of strong and brave people - the conquerors of the North peaks. In combination with modernity, Scandinavian, Old Slavic and Greek motifs are intertwined in the interior. This is a pure embodiment of the severity and beauty of the development of the North, local legends, authenticity and junctions of different eras. The interior mainly uses natural shades and natural materials: wood and stone.

The hotel Sokroma Hyperborea offers 45 studios with a restaurant, a lobby, a SPA area, a fitness room, a children's room and a meeting room. Guests can choose single-level or duplex rooms.

Each room has a kitchenette, a bedroom, a living area and a bathroom with a shower. In duplex rooms, the bedroom is located separately on the upper level - you will get there with the help of a ladder, located right in your studio.

The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious homemade meals: there is an induction cooker, a refrigerator, a kettle, an extractor hood, as well as a set of dishes, mugs, glasses and cutlery, which is enough for the whole company of guests.

In the bathroom you can use the built-in hairdryer, heated towel rail, as well as toiletries in convenient dispensers: hand soap, shower gel and shampoo.
