The hotel offers 18 rooms of five categories, decorated in a variety of styles. Each room is equipped with LCD TV (35 channels), mini-safe, telephone, and Wi-Fi Internet.

Watergate Restaurant with 40-50 seats is situated on the ground floor of the hotel. Elegant interiors, tender lighting, fine cuisine and pleasant music create a wonderful atmosphere of comfort and respectability. Terrace summer cafe with 40 seats welcomes guests to a bar and barbeque area.

Cambridge conference hall with 235 square meters of floor space is a universal place for seminars, conferences, banquets, business meetings and other events (up to 170 people). The conference room has a screen, audio equipment and projection equipment.

Mayak observation deck (18 square meters) is a multi-purpose hall for excursions, small banquets and business meetings. 360-degree panorama of the city, views of charming city streets and stunning riverbed views are all available at the 20 meters high viewing platform.
